Our Non-Guided Driver Service is the easiest and most fun way to explore the Cape Winelands of South Africa.
The Driver Service is ideal for the following guests:

• Those who do not wish to drink and drive.
• Guests who might not be interested in the history or technical information about wine, but who would still like to enjoy a fun day out responsibly.
• Guests (especially small groups or families) who might be on a bit of a budget.
• Guests who would like to enjoy the Cape Winelands by themselves without any other guests on the vehicle with them.
• Guests travelling with children.
• Guests travelling alone or guest who would like to travel alone.
• Guests that would like to visit specific estates – you might have a list of estates in mind.

But please don’t expect a chauffeur with a hat and tie on this one.
We are super relaxed and our wish for you is to also have a relaxed and fun-filled day out with us.
The Non-Guided Driver Service are available for 3-or 6 hours (don’t worry – additional hours can be pre-booked).

The concept of the Non-Guided Driver Service is very simple:

• It is non-guided (your driver will be loads of fun and will show you the hidden gems of the Cape Winelands). The driver will offer “some” information, but nothing like what you can expect to receive on one of our GUIDED TOURS!
• You will be driven around and you will be introduced to the tasting room staff at each of the wine estates that you will visit. The tasting room staff will then take care of you while you enjoy their wines.
• You will pay for your own tasting and lunch / snacks. The staff at the wine estates know us well, so might charge you less or even nothing at all for your tastings.
• The Driver Service is always PRIVATE. You and your travel companion(s) will be the ONLY guests on this vehicle.
• You can choose any estates within the Stellenbosch / Franschhoek wine regions.
• We recommend that you pre-book your lunch (especially during the busy tourist season) and even your wine tastings. We will, however, be more than happy to suggest some wine estates for you depending on the style of wine that you enjoy.
• We only have ONE vehicle per day available for this service, so we recommend that you book this as soon as possible as we work on a first come – first serve basis.

3 Hour Non-Guided Driver Service
R1495 in total for up to 4 guests.
Additional Hours can be booked at R375 per hour (small vehicle – up to 6 guests maximum) for anything over the 3-hour mark.
Additional Hours can be booked at R595 per hour (large vehicle – between 7 to 12 guests maximum) for anything over the 3-hour mark.
Additional Guests at R250 per guest for the small vehicle (5 or 6 guests).
Additional Guests at R350 per guest for the large vehicle (7 to 12 guests).

6 Hour Non-Guided Driver Service
R2995 in total for up to 4 guests.
Additional Hours can be booked at R375 per hour (small vehicle – up to 6 guests maximum) for anything over the 3-hour mark.
Additional Hours can be booked at R595 per hour (large vehicle – between 7 to 12 guests maximum) for anything over the 3-hour mark.
Additional Guests at R250 per guest for the small vehicle (5 or 6 guests).
